    Photo by Chad Koenen Construction crews were in Henning on Monday morning as they removed a layer of bituminous that was laid down during last summer’s 2nd St. construction project. Once the bituminous is removed, a new layer will be placed on 2nd St. from School Ave. to Balmoral Ave.
