The Ottertail City Council heard a report from the city’s Planning Group regarding numerous ideas to implement within the city as budget, timing and conditions allow. A list of 11 potential projects were presented to the council last Thursday. According the Planning Group’s representative, the most likely project to happen first is adding three benches along the bike trail. The plan is to have two benches added on Highway 108 with the third being located near the clinic on Highway 78. The entire project would be funded through donations, labor included, and would provide an opportunity for sponsorship of each bench.
