It is a new year. Henning CHAT would like to encourage everyone to schedule annual preventative health exams and screenings. Common screenings include mammograms and colonoscopies. Screenings can identify issues that may lead to a cancer diagnosis. Catching the signs early increases the odds for successful treatment. 

Today’s technology can detect issues such as breast cancer before you can feel a lump with a self breast exam. Catching it early can avoid spread to lymph nodes. 

Removal of polyps during a colonoscopy can remove precancerous cells and prevent a cancer spreading to lymph nodes.

The most important person in your family is you. Value yourself and schedule those exams.
