To the Editor,

I recently rented an apartment in Henning owned by the city.

I called city hall half a dozen times to talk to Ms. Schroeder. The city clerk answered the phone and he worked me over pretty good, hanging up several times. I had to put on my big boy pants and admit he won. I had to ride down to city hall to get around him.

I’ve enjoyed dealing with Ms. Schroeder, she has the same temperament I have, it makes things interesting. It took four days and two trips here by the dish guy for me to be watching TV. Ms. Schroeder wants to micromanage things and when she didn’t come to work there is no one in charge. I gave the dish guy $100 for his extra trouble. There is no sense in what happened.

Ms. Schroeder doesn’t ever use the word (I don’t know) she doesn’t have any common sense, or very little. Some things we talked about concerning putting in a TV dish, she doesn’t have a clue what is going on.

Moving on to Willow Creek, the apartments in Willow Creek are priced several hundred dollars more than their real value. In most cases who is paying it? The taxpayers. Not if, but when someone looks at it, Henning is going to have some explaining to do.
