Henning Landmark Center annual meeting is scheduled for next week, Wednesday, June 8 at 5 p.m. All are welcomed to attend. Please help us celebrate Landmark as we begin out 13th year as a non-profit community center.

We will recap some highlights from our past and discuss current and future activities and events. Your input is greatly appreciated as we vote on Landmark Center officers and discuss future possibilities for this wonderful facility. Refreshments will follow our one hour meeting.

Otter Tail County Historical Society Director Chris Schuelke will return for a Historic Henning Walking Tour on July 7 beginning at 7 p.m. in front of the Landmark Center. Please mark your calendars and kick off the Henning Festival weekend with a Thursday tour of our city.

The Landmark Center now offers Smart Room technology for virtual meetings or presentations. We also offer free public Wi-Fi within the Landmark Center and our surrounding outdoor garden areas. Our facility is available for public and private meetings, receptions, reunions, workshops, and retreats. ‘

Our second floor retreat center has five bedrooms and two bathrooms, with bed space for 10 overnight guests.

We have a collection of local Henning history and ask that you share any or your family history or photos from the past. Original photos may be scanned and returned to you.
