Landmark Center to host pie, pumpkin contest on Saturay afternoon

The Pie and Pumpkin Oktoberfest will be held this Saturday, Oct. 5, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Landmark Center. Enjoy free pie and ice cream and paint a pumpkin to decorate for the fall season. Pumpkins will be by the Station building, food will be served inside Landmark Center.
Mari Fredericks will host a Stamp Card Making event in October from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Landmark Center. Please call her to RSVP. Artist Stephen Henning will host a 1-day Oil Pastel Painting workshop on Saturday, Oct. 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Landmark Center. A $35 registration will provide you with step by step instructions, 16×20”Suede Board, and a full set of Oil Pastel to create your original artwork. Bring a photo or idea of what you would like to create. Space is limited, so please call 548-5760 to RSVP.

Landmark Center is available for public or private meetings, family gatherings, reunions, receptions, workshops, and overnight retreats.
