Landmark Center to host acrylic painting workshop

There are still a few spaces left for acrylic painting workshop by Patricia Wahl this Saturday, Sept. 30 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Landmark Center. Participants will create an 11×14” VanGough combination of Starry Night and Sunflower paintings using Acrylic Paint on canvas with step by step instruction from Patricia. No prior experience is necessary. Please call 548-5760 to RSVP. “This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through grants from Lake Region Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage fund.”
Mark your calendars for the Landmark Pie & Pumpkin Oktoberfest on Saturday, Oct. 7 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Help us celebrate the arrival of fall with fresh baked pie, ice cream, pumpkin painting, and live bluegrass music by Fred Keller and Bill Cagley of The Skally Line. This is a free event, all are welcomed.
