Richard “Dick” Tougas, 80, of New York Mills passed away peacefully on Sunday September 21, 2025, with his family by his side. Visitation was held at Karvonen Funeral Home in Wadena on Sunday, September 28, 2025, from 4-7 p.m. With a Rosary service starting at 6 p.m. followed by an open sharing time. Funeral services for Dick was held on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 11 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Bluffton with a visitation taking place an hour before service time at the church.
