Rand Eric Townley, Sr., age 70, of Ottertail, passed away at home on August 22, 2026, from Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 11 a.m. at the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church, rural New York Mills, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Rand was laid to rest at the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church of Davenport Cemetery in Davenport, Wash. on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 11 a.m.
