Michael Otto, 73 of Clitheral, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family on January 23, 2026.  A Memorial Mass for Michael was held on Saturday January 31, 2026 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Urbank, at 11 a.m. with visitation on Friday January 30, 2026 from 5-7 p.m. at the Community Hall (across the street from the church), in Urbank, and resuming one hour prior to mass on Saturday.
