Mary Frances Klemek, age 92 of Henning, passed away on November 30, 2022, at St. William’s Living Center, Parkers Prairie.  

Mary Frances Rohweller was born on October 16, 1930, to Harley and Ethel (Holecek) Rohweller in Breckenridge, Minn. She attended Foxhome Country School until the eighth grade. Mary met the love of her life in Ervin Klemek at the age of sixteen. They were united in marriage on August 31, 1948, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Rush Lake.   

Mary spent the better of her life working the family farm with her husband and was an excellent herdswoman of their cows. She was very active in the 4H with her children and grandchildren. Mary enjoyed traveling, hunting, gardening, embroidery, listening to old time music, and watching old Westerns.   

Mary was a devoted woman of faith and was a member of the St. Edwards Christian Mothers.  

Deeply loved, Mary’s passing will be mourned by her daughters: Deborah (Richard) Johnson; and Sharon (Peter) Fankhanel; sons: Ted (Kim) Klemek; Tim (Mayla) Klemek; and Kyle (Brigetta) Klemek; daughter-in-law: Nancy Klemek;grandchildren: Jeremy; Luke; Josh; Kayt; Mackenzie; Hunter; Andy; Jill; Olivia; Jenna; Jack; and Jane;  great-grandchildren: Riley, Elli, Avery, Zach, Kallie, Liezel, Raven, and Finn; siblings: Minnie (Marvin) Ries, Ted (Joyce) Rohweller, Clarice Miller, and Roberta (Larry) Vorderbruggen; sister-in-law: Bev Rohweller; brothers-in-law: Max and Lawrence Klemek; step grandchildren; step great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.  

Preceding Mary in death was her husband Ervin; parents: Harley and Ethel; sons: Baby Todd and Terry; brother: Ron; and brother-in-law: Tony Miller.
