Funeral services were held for Kenneth “Bud” Welter, age 91 of New York Mills, on Friday, December 10, 2021 at 11 a.m. at the Apostolic Lutheran Church in New York Mills. 

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 4-7 p.m. with a prayer service at 6 p.m. at the Apostolic Lutheran Church in New York Mills. Visitation resumed one hour prior to the funeral service at the church on Friday.
