George Berggren Smith, age 91, of Henning, passed away peacefully at home on August 6, 2026. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, at Belmont-Karvonen Funeral Home in Henning, from 5–7 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at Cornerstone Church in Henning, at 10 a.m., with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow at First Baptist Cemetery in Henning.
