0Funeral Mass will be held for Francis “Frank” Wines age 79, of New York Mills, on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 11 a.m. at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, rural Perham. Visitation will be held one hour prior to Mass. A luncheon will be held after the service at 49899 County Highway 54 in Ottertail, Minnesota 56571.
