0Frances “Franny” Rapatt, age 83, of Butler, passed away on March 17, 2023 at Emmanuel Nursing Home in Detroit Lakes, Minn. Visitation was held on Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 3-6 p.m. at Karvonen Funeral Home in New York Mills, with Prayer Service starting at 6 p.m. followed by a time of sharing.
