Contributed photo A team from New York Mills was able to capture first place at the annual Henning softball tournament. The tournament featured eight teams who played on a pair of fields, including the new softball field, during the Henning Festival. 

The Henning girls basketball program hosted its first Summer Bash Basketball Camp on Thursday. The camp welcomed girls entering 2-12th grade and focused on creating a fun and encouraging environment for players of all skill levels.
