Photos by Chad Koenen Shriners from across the region converged on Ottertail on Saturday for a convention at Thumper Pond, but also requested the community to join the activity with a parade down Lake Ave. The short parade featured several Ottertail Fire Department trucks, Shriner motorcycles and cars, as well as candy.
