    Contributed photo Otter Tail County native Mike Petersen, a 1961 graduate of Fergus Falls High School, spoke Memorial Day 2024 during a ceremony at the Vietnam Wall in Washington, D.C. Petersen was part of the Navy Seawolf helicopter squadron in Vietnam, the most decorated squadron in Navy history. He resides in Chaska near the Twin Cities.
