To the Editor,

I noticed that Tri-County Hospital will gain a new name with it new location. I suppose after spending many tens of millions of dollars on a new facility,  it is a small matter to spend many tens of thousands of dollars to change to a new name.  A name, if I can possibly understand it, that must be filled with deep meaning, and include geography and historic roots. 

It is interesting that the new hospital will be located in Otter Tail County. Without a doubt, Wadena will annex the facility in to the city. But it still will be located in our county.

And any development around it will benefit our county.  

We already have the Wadena airport and we will soon have the Wadena Hospital. What will be next? The court house?
