0Elizabeth and Steve Dombeck, of Perham, are proud to announce the birth of their son, Jack Stanley Dombeck, who was born on December 9, 2020 at 7:21 a.m. at Perham Health. He weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces and was 19-3/4 inches long. He was delivered by Dr. Kailey Witt at Perham Health
Jack is welcomed home by siblings Elaina, Jameson, Aynsley, and Hunter; grandparents Mark Domback, Sue Dombeck and Richard Wanderi and Marion and the late Robert Malecha.
