Tickets are still available for Thursdays theater performance of “The Lion in Winter.” The show will get underway at 7 p.m. at the Trinity Center. Please call the Landmark Center at 548-5760 to reserve a ticket.

This play is directed and produced by our very own Sharon Thalmann and is made possible with grant funding from the MN Legacy Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund. Don’t miss your chance for live theater in Henning this Thursday evening.

A wreath making workshop will be held at the Landmark Center on Saturday, Nov. 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. A $10 fee includes materials needed to create one fresh and unique holiday wreath that will last throughout the Christmas season. 

Beverage and a Book reading group will meet from 2-4 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 23 to discuss “The Book Thief.” Copies of this book are available at the Landmark Center for those wishing to join the discussion. 

Plans are underway for a bigger and better Santa Day celebration on Saturday, Dec. 4, including lighted parade, community tree lighting at the Landmark Center and a special visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus. More details to come. 

A Magical Medora Christmas returns to Henning with a new show on Sunday, Dec. 19 at 4:30 p.m. at the Henning School. Tickets are $30 each, cash or check and available exclusively through Henning Landmark Center. Credit card purchases will increase tickets to $32 each. Seating is general admission, although groups of 10 or more may request blocking seats in advance. Please call 548-5760 for more information.
