Dorothy Welter, age 88, of New York Mills, passed away on February 9, 2025 at her home. Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13, 2025, from 4-7 p.m. with Prayer Service at 6:30 p.m. at Apostolic Lutheran Church in New York Mills. Memorial Services was held on Friday, February 14, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Apostolic Lutheran Church in New York Mills. Visitation resumed one hour prior to services at church.
