The second annual Deer Creek trunk or treat was held on Sunday afternoon at Trinity Lutheran Church in Deer Creek. Well over 100 people turned out to the trunk or treat that was co-sponsored by Trinity Lutheran Church and the Deer Creek Fire and Rescue squad. The event featured several dozen trunks and firefighters that handed out candy on Sunday afternoon. On Thursday there will be two trunk or treats at both St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and the Henning City Office, as well as a trunk or treat at the Ottertail Community Center.
