Misegades to play volleyball at Northern Michigan

Henning High School senior Lyvia Misegades signed a Letter of Intent to play volleyball at Northern Michigan Univresity. Misegades finished her senior season with 2,000 career assists, broke the school record with 463 single season kills, led the team in blocks and served over 94 percent. She also had over 250 digs this season. Northern Michigan is a Division II college located in Marquette, Mich. The team competes in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and is currently 12-17 overall and 9-9 in the conference. She is pictured above with her brother Dawson and her parents Jodi and Steve Misegades.
