Henning hosted teams from Colorado, North Dakota, Missouri and Minnesota as part of the 2023 Midwest Plains Babe Ruth 13-15 Region Tournament last week. The tournament was held at Tony Kawlewski Field and featured an opening ceremony with the Underwood Marching Band and color guard from the Underwood American Legion (right), as well as a fireworks display on Friday night. The opening ceremony also included guest speaker Mike Max of WCCO.
