0The Otter Tail Central 15U Red team fell behind early and couldn’t come back in an 8-0 loss to Breckenridge Green on Thursday.
OTC lost the game despite giving up just 1 hit in the game.
Breckenridge got things moving in the second inning. Sam Ravenscraft’s wild pitch allowed one run to score for Breckenridge.
A single by Grahm Huschka in the second inning was a positive for OTC.
Ravenscraft took the loss for OTC as he lasted 4 innings, allowing no hits and 5 runs, while striking out 5.
Huschka went 1-for-2 at the plate to lead the way for OTC.
OTC went on to drop the second game of the night as well.
Kaden Schmieg took the loss for OTC as he allowed no hits and 2 runs over 1 inning, striking out 3 and walking 1.
Ravenscraft went 1-for-1 at the plate to lead the way offensively.
