Otter Tail Central competes at MSUM twilight meet

The Otter Tail Central Bulldogs made the trek to Moorhead on Friday night for the 11th annual Dragon Twilight Invitational. The meet featured both a high school and college meet as the sun was setting at Minnesota State University-Moorhead.
On the boys side, Drew Robinson led the charge as he finished in 40th place with a time of 19:03.3, while Jude Hagemeister finished in 55th place with a time of 19:36.1. Benjamin Sanmoogan finished in 125th place with a time of 22:20.3, Fred Scott finished in 132nd place with a time of 22:40.8, Oren Brackin finished in 139th place with a time of 22:57.2, Liam Daniel finished in 150th place with a time of 23:46.3, Jack Robinson finished in 155th place with a time of 24:46.2 and Ethan Sonju finished in 157th place with a time of 25:01.9.
A total of 167 boys completed the varsity race and the Bulldogs finished in 15th place as a team.
On the girls side, Claire Mansker led the charge as the freshman finished in 53rd place with a time of 23:28.5. Brielle Malone finished in 73rd place with a time of 24:19.6, Tegan Brandon finished in 79th place with a time of 24:38.3, Quinn Hagemeister finished in 95th place with a time of 25:52.7, Trinity Baker finished in 101st place with a time of 26:01.8 and Delia Tebrugge finished in 124th place with a time of 27:35.6.
A total of 143 girls competed in the varsity race and the Bulldogs finished in 15th place as a team.
This week the Bulldogs will compete in the Johanna Olson Cross Country meet in Wadena on Tuesday night, before traveling to Long Prairie on Monday, Sept. 14 to compete in another large invite.
