Tri-County Cruisers held its annual car show at Amundson Park in Henning in July. The car show coincided with the annual Henning Festival celebration. Winners include: Cars – 1st Place and Mayor’s Choice: Lane Seifert of New York Mills with his 1971 Cuda, 2nd Place John Aumland with his 1966 Mustang and 3rd Place Greg & Suzi Karvonen with their 1969 Chevelle. Trucks – 1st Place Jim Stewart with his 1966 Chevy C-10, 2nd Place Quinten Johns with his 1965 Chevy and 3rd Place Cody Truax with his 1992 Dodge Ram W250. The Norm Olson Award for Oldest Car went to Bill Britz of Sauk Centre for his 1930 Model A. Drivers Choice Best in Show was Gene Osterman of Park Rapids with his 1956 Chevy 210.
