Kale Misegades signed his National Letter of Intent on Wednesday morning to play basketball at Southwest Minnesota State University Mustangs next year. Misegades, who is a senior on this year’s Henning boys basketball team, is the Henning boys basketball programs all-time leading scorer. He is the son of Randy and Becky Misegades of rural Henning. Misegades said SMSU was one of the programs that he really wanted to play for after high school due to its rich history of success and good culture. The college is based in Marshall, Minn. and competes in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference. It has an enrollment of just approximately 8,700 students. Misegades was joined by his teammates (above) and his family, including Becky, Randy and his younger brother Easton (below) prior to the start of school on Wednesday to sign his Letter of Intent.
