Mural to be featured at new Amundson Park bathroom

Artists are being sought for a new mural that will be painted on all four sides of the new bathroom at Amundson Park. The project is being speerheaded by Lana Beck and painting will take place from August 25-28. Organizers are searching for up to four artists to help with the project each day.

Calling all artists and community-minded people. Do you want to have a hand in creating a new mural at the new bathroom facility at Amundson Park? 

Lana Beck will be in Henning from August 25-28 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to create a new mural at the park. Beck is in need of up to four people a day who can help paint each of the four sides of the new bathroom. One of the sides will be a lake view, the other a National Park sign, as well as a Bulldog and Hornet mascot with sports icons on a third side and a list of volunteer organizations in Henning on the fourth and final side.
