Bunkowski named to Dean’s List

Kaislyn Bunkowski*, a student at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa, earned a spot on the Academic Dean’s List for the spring 2025 semester.

The Dean’s List is comprised of students who achieved a semester grade point average of 3.50 or above while carrying a minimum of 12 graded hours. This semester, 414 students qualified for the Dean’s List. Of them, 260 students earned a GPA of 3.75 or higher and are considered Collegiate Scholars, designated with an asterisk.

Bunkowski* is a senior majoring in youth ministry & Christian formation from Henning.

Two Henning students honored by CLC

Central Lakes College, Brainerd and Staples, has announced its 2025 spring semester honors lists. 

  The President’s List includes 277 students who earned a grade-point average of 3.75 to 4.0 while enrolled for at least 12 credits.

  The Dean’s List includes 234 students who earned a grade-point average of 3.25 to 3.74 while enrolled for at least 12 credits.

Local students named to the honor’s list includes: Gretchen Eckhoff, Henning, President’s List and Natalie Eckhoff, Henning, Dean’s List.

  Central Lakes College is a comprehensive community and technical college in the Minnesota State system. The college serves about 5,500 students annually in liberal arts and career education programs.
