Local youth compete in state wrestling tournaments

Edwin Oksness competed at the NYWA State tournament in Rochester, Minn. on March 28.
The Otter Tail Central youth wrestlers have been very busy the past few weeks competing in various state wrestling tournaments.
On March 14, Courtney Spychalla (second place) competed in the MN USA State wrestling tournament held in Rochester, Minn.
On March 28 Kinsley Johnson, Judah Horn (second place), Edwin Oksness (fourth place), Will Oksness, and Braxton Dreschel competed at the NYWA State tournament in Rochester, Minn.
On April 5, Remi Alto, Courtney Spychalla (first place and three-time state champion), Ava Molter, Morgan Storlie, Ava Rousu, Ella Rich and Ivy Witt competed at the NYWA girls state tournament. The coaches and parents are proud of their dedication, hard work and accomplishments.
