Ottertail looks into options for daycare

The County Community Development Agency, headed by Director Amy Baldwin, has provided an update on county initiatives in Pelican Rapids and the community of Ottertail.

This year the Otter Tail County CDA will begin construction of three single-family homes in Pelican Rapids. Five residential lots in the Pinewood Estates subdivision are currently listed for sale. 

“We’ve had a very good track record with housing starts the past five years,” said County Commissioner Wayne Johnson of Pelican Rapids. “We’ve seen great progress, but there still is more work to do.”
