Henning basketball teams made it a clean sweep for each of the three age levels a Hornet team was entered in the Wadena-Deer Creek tournament on Saturday. The third grade team (left), fifth grade team (bottom right) and sixth grade team (bottom left) all took first place on Saturday. The Henning fourth graders were unable to enter the tournament due to the tournament being full, but several fourth were able to participate with the sixth grade team to come home with first place medals. Below: The Henning Hornet fifth grade boys basketball team wrapped up their season this past weekend taking home first place in the Wadena tournament. The team had a very successful season winning five of the six tournaments they entered. Their record was 20-1 on the year.
