The Ottertail Lakers 4H has been named as the the 2023-24 East Ottertail Club of the Year. Club of the year is based upon individual and club members, community, club, county fair and star participation throughout the 4-H year.The Ottertail Lakers celebrated with cake and ice cream at their November meeting.
