Larissa Hayakawa, foreign exchange student from Brazil, will show you how to make Brigadeiro (a dessert from Brazil) and a delicious yet simple rice.  She will also share about her culture and there will be an opportunity to ask questions.  Don’t miss this fun opportunity to learn how to make some delicious rice and a dessert (and get to eat them too) while learning about another culture.  

The class is scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 19 from 6-7 p.m. at the Henning Public School. Pre-register and pay at the Henning School District Office, 500 School Ave., Henning, MN 56551 by Thursday, Dec. 12, or contact Henning Community Education at 583-2927, option 1.  

The class fee is $5 per person.
