Is the holiday season stressing you out? Do you need a way to relax, but you are not quite sure how to get comfortable? Are your muscles tight and you don’t know where to turn? If so, Brooke Anderson may have just the solution as she is opening a massage business at Healthy Balance Chiropractic in Henning.

Anderson, who is a native of Wadena, opened Riverstone Massage, LLC, at Healthy Balance approximately two months ago. The local massage therapist was working in Nisswa when she heard from an acupuncturist in Wadena about a potential opening for a massage therapist in Henning. She contacted Health Balance owner Sara Oscarson and “the opportunity just fell into my hands.” 

A graduate of M-State in massage therapy, Anderson said she has enjoyed the opportunity to join the Henning community.

“I love the people, the community is great,” she said. “I just love what I do and it doesn’t feel like a job.”

Anderson will be in Henning on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and offers anywhere from 30 minute to 90 minute massages.
