Planes, princesses and pancakes—there is perhaps no better way to start an otherwise mundane Saturday morning than the 40th annual Henning EAA fly-in breakfast. The breakfast, which will be held at the Henning airport, will feature the newly crowned Henning Festival royalty, as well as a variety of pilots and volunteers from across the region who will be serving a hearty breakfast at the airport.

The breakfast, which is a fundraiser for the Henning EAA Chapter 1065, will be served from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. The breakfast will feature pancakes, eggs and sausages for a free-will donation. A variety of door prizes will also be given away from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. as local volunteers, and possibly even a few pilots from the Twin Cities area, will be serving breakfast and showcasing some of the unique aspects of the Henning airport.

Throughout the event there will be dozens of airplanes that will be landing and taking off to enjoy the annual fundraiser. Those who attend will have the opportunity to get an up-close look at the unique airplanes that include classic planes, ultra lights, war birds and antique airplanes.

The event will be held rain or shine at the Henning airport.
