The Henning North Stars picked up six hits, but were unable to string enough hits and runners together as they fell to the Urbank Bombers by a score of 10-0 on Saturday. The North Stars had a pair of runners on base in the top of the first and seventh innings, as well as runners on second and third base in the third inning.

On the other hand, Urbank collected 11 hits over seven innings, including a pair of home runs to come away with the win.

Nick Lindberg led the way offensively with three hits, while Chris Rinicker took the loss on the mound as he pitched 1 1/3 innings and gave up five hits and five earned runs. Lindberg pitched the final 4 2/3 innings and gave up six hits and three earned runs, while striking out six hitters.

The loss drops the North Stars to 2-7 on the season as they will look to rebound on Saturday night with a home game against Sebeka, before traveling to Bluffton on Sunday for an afternoon game against the Braves.
