Citizen’s Advocate co-publisher Chad Koenen presided as outgoing president of the Minnesota Newspaper Association (MNA) during the annual newspaper awards banquet Thursday evening, Feb. 1, in the Twin Cities. Koenen recently wrapped up his second year as president of the MNA organization. He will serve one more year on the nine-person MNA Board of Directors as the immediate past president.
