PRC Tournament set for Saturday in Osakis

The Otter Tail Central Bulldogs fell to 0-11 on the season with four losses in a pair of triangulars last week. 

The Bulldogs dropped both matches of a home triangular against Osakis and Long Prairie-Grey Eagle/Browerville on Tuesday night, before falling to Staples-Motley and Walker-Hackensack-Akeley/Nevis on Thursday.

This week the Bulldogs will compete in the Park Region Conference Tournament in Osakis on Saturday.

Tuesday

The Bulldogs dropped a pair of matches to Osakis and Long Prairie-Grey Eagle/Browerville in Battle Lake on Tuesday night. The Bulldogs fell to LP-GE/B by a score of 59-9, as well as Staples-Motley by a score of 51-21.

In their match against the Cardinals, OTC fell behind early as the Silverstreaks won the opening seven matches of the day, before Gaiden Hoeper picked up a 10-7 decision at 152 lbs. Levi Evavold and Will Schwartz secured wins by forfeit at 160 and 189 lbs., before Kale Rich won by fall at 285 lbs. to end the match.

In their match against WHAN, the Bulldogs won four matches by forfeit, while Peter Newark secured a 12-5 decision at 127 lbs. and Brock Resch secured a pin at 139 lbs.
