The Otter Tail Central boys cross country team finished as the runner up at the Park Region Conference meet on Monday afternoon. The meet was held at Whitetail Run Golf Course in Wadena.

The Bulldogs finished with a team score of 56 to trail just Bertha-Hewitt with a score of 18. Wadena-Deer Creek placed third with a score of 83 and Long Prairie-Grey Eagle finished in fourth place with a score of 122. 

OTC was led by Peter Newark who finished in third place with a time of 17:28.6. Aidan Heggem finished in 10th place with a time of 18:31.6, Talyn Setterholm finished in 12th place with a time of 19:13.1, Jonas Hagemeister finished in 13th place with a time of 19:14.6, Nathan Russ finished in 20th place with a time of 19:50.3, Phoenix Allison finished in 28th place with a time of 20:27.4 an Jack Jossart finished in 40th place with a time of 21:41.3.

On the girls side of the meet, Norah Froslee led the Bulldogs with a fourth place finish with a time of 20:18.4. Delia Tebrugge recorded a season best time of 23:34.7 to finish in 26th place, while Laney Frost finished in 33rd place with a time of 24:43.8, Mae Hegemeister finished in 43rd place with a time of 25:50.1 and Emily Christensen finished in 52nd place with a time of 26:49.8. 

As a team the Bulldogs finished in fifth place with a team score of 118. Menahga won the meet with a score of 31, while Wadena-Deer Creek placed second with a team score of 41.
