The Otter Tail County Coalition of Lake Associations (OTC COLA) and East Otter Tail County Soil and Water Conservation District (EOT SWCD) are sponsoring the shoreline restoration bus tour on Saturday, Sept. 16. During the 9 a.m. to noon tour 4-5 properties will be visited. There is no cost for the event.

The Shoreline Restoration Bus Tour Flyer provides more information from the EOT SWCD and MN Department of Natural Resources (MN DNR), showing the benefits and advantages of shoreline restoration. Also outlined is how the EOT SWCD can help with property assessment, planting design and may cover up to 75% of the cost of installation.

Thank you to those who have already registered. The bus is almost half full! Still plenty of room for more. Registrants include County Commissioners, Otter Tail County Lake Association Members and lake property owners from Otter Tail and neighboring counties.
