Members of the Otter Tail Central Babe Ruth baseball team participated in the opening ceremonies of the Midwest Plains Regional baseball tournament at Tony Kawlewski Field on Wednesday. Henning hosted the tournament, which featured teams from Missouri, Colorado, North Dakota and Minnesota.
