Tyson Misegades became the second Henning boys basketball player to eclipse 1,000 career points on Tuesday night as the senior helped to guide Henning to a 73-36 win over Verndale. In addition to Misegades, Mason Hammer scored 1,000 points earlier this year. Misegades’ dad and Henning head coach Randy Misegades also scored 1,000 points when he played for the Henning Hornets. Henning is currently 21-1 on the season and ranked fourth in the state. Above: Henning senior basketball players honored Misegades on Tuesday night.
