Local residents sentenced in OT County Court

Christina Nicole Brackin, 42, Perham, stay of imposition Oct. 28, 2022; related to felony charge of wrongfully obtaining assistance; her felony conviction will be reduced to a misdemeanor if she stays law abiding during her probationary period.
James Steven Hall, 35, Perham, stay of adjudication, Oct. 10, 2022; related to felony charge of wrongfully obtaining assistance; while the probation is going on, this is a pending case, the same as being charged and awaiting trial; once probation is over the case will be dismissed.
Brien Thomas Poser, 18, Battle Lake, stay of adjudication Oct. 10, 2022, related to dangerous weapons on school property felony; while the probation is going on, this is a pending case, the same as being charged and awaiting trial; once probation is over the case will be dismissed.
Christina Patricia Reese, 41, Henning, stay of imposition Oct. 28, 2022, related to felony assault with dangerous weapon; her felony conviction will be reduced to a misdemeanor if she stays law abiding during her probationary period.
Angel Luis Camacho, 44, Perham, Oct. 24, 2022, related to felony mail theft; sentencing to MN Correctional Facility, St. Cloud, will be stayed if he remains law abiding while on probation for four years.
Riley Elizabeth Licence, 21, Perham, stay of adjudication Oct. 3, 2022, related to felony charge of theft; while the probation is going on, this is a pending case, the same as being charged and awaiting trial; once probation is over the case will be dismissed.
