Tri-County Health Care is now offering omicron-specific booster doses. This new round of vaccination is considered bivalent and targets the initial strain of COVID-19 and current variants.

This next phase of vaccination targets people 12 and older. This age group can receive the omicron-specific vaccine two months after getting the primary series or booster dose.

Omicron-specific boosters are available at the Wadena Clinic. There are plans to offer this vaccine at other Tri-County Health Care facilities in the future.

Tri-County Health Care will offer the omicron vaccine Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information and scheduling, please call (218) 631-3510.
