One injured in Perham accident

A 19-year-old resident of Dent was injured March 4 in a traffic accident near Perham. The accident took place at the intersection of Highway 125 and Fort Thunder Road.
Receiving minor injuries in a one-vehicle rollover, at 9:21 p.m., was Andrew Collins.
“The driver (Collins) was traveling south on County Highway 125, in a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado, after turning from Fort Thunder Road, when he lost control of the vehicle on icy road surfaces,” said a sheriff deputy.
The vehicle entered into the opposite side road ditch and rolled. Deputies said the vehicle sustained moderate damage. A 17-year-old passenger was not injured.
Assisting sheriff deputies at the scene of the accident were the Perham Ambulance Service, Perham Police Department and Perham Fire Department.
