Meeting for the first time since September, the Henning EDA spent most of its time last week discussing the city-owned Countryview Apartments.

During its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday morning, the Henning EDA discussed an updated rental agreement for the city-owned apartments and opted against increasing the monthly rent charged at the facility. Currently a one bedroom apartment is $565 per month and a two bedroom apartment is $675 per month.
