Members of the Henning Shining Lights 4-H group throw out candy to the people who lined the streets of Ottertail on Saturday morning for the OtterFest parade. The parade featured a number of floats, businesses and groups throwing out candy to those who attended the event. Other events included a magician, street dance, demo derby, inflatable bounce houses and more. For more information about OtterFest.
